Systems Implementation, Inc. encourages our Online
Court Assistant customers to purchase the optional software maintenance
agreement. This agreement entitles the customer to telephone support,
on-line support through communications, correction of software
defects, all program updates, enhancements, and state mandated
changes. Periodic software updates and enhancements are provided
at no extra charge to courts that have a maintenance agreement
with us.
Telephone support during normal business hours is provided from
8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Non-emergency calls will be returned by the end of the business
day. Emergency calls will be treated as such, and will be returned
as soon as possible.
On-site support is available should Systems Implementation and
the customer deem it necessary. However, an additional charge may
be incurred at the discretion of Systems Implementation.
Our customers can contract for software maintenance on an annual
basis. Should a court decide not to purchase a maintenance agreement,
arrangements can be made to provide the court with support and program
updates based on our current hourly rate. |
