We deliver these education services with maximum flexibility by
offering classes on-site at customer locations, via the internet,
or at our headquarters office in Troy, NY.
Our instructors are highly trained with years of practical experience.
In addition to a thorough understanding of our products, our instructors
are adept at incorporating your business processes into the training
program as necessary. Since each customer’s training requirements
are different, our instructors can advise you on how to present
the training in a manner that will deliver the highest degree of
success for your organization.
We can also provide Train the Trainer classes for customers who
plan to use internal trainers to conduct the rollout training on
their applications.
If you have less than six people that need to attend a class, it
may be more cost effective to train via the internet, or send them
to class at our headquarters in Troy. Multiple seat discounts are
